Ashtanga Yoga is dynamic practice which synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga yoga, with its many vinyasas (transitions between postures), is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence. Ashtanga Yoga was founded by K. Pattabhi Jois.
There are six Ashtanga asana series and each student must master every pose of the first series before moving onto the second series.
The first series which is the one that will be taught at the festival begins with ten sun salutations, continues with a series of standing poses, seated poses and finishes with a set of inversions and seated poses, which are linked by a vinyasa sequence.
All levels are welcome as I will be teaching modified postures also.

Since I am a very active person and dedicate my life to training & to compete I thought I needed to find something to balance myself and apport me some calmness and that’s when Yoga came into my life. Starting from the begining with Ashtanga, a very dynamic Yoga that at the same time was aporting me some calm to my mind through the breathing and postures. It took me sometime to really deep into myself and listen to me, but I got there, I felt it so deep that I made a life change, quiting my job, traveling and training myself to be better every day at my Yoga practice. After 4 years traveling I felt that I needed to share all my Yoga journey, my life changing and the way I see life and live every day. Nowadays I own a little Yoga studio in Barcelona and I share all my practices and teach amazing people everyday. I encourage everyone no matter, age, experience to come and give it a try, Ashtanga it’s a very dynamic style but able to modify to every person. “
